Proverbs 22: 6 (NLT)
Direct your children onto the right path, and when they are older, they will not leave it.

Testimonies - Feedback

We meet many people during our efforts to

- share the gospel with the unreached
- provide food to families in need
- educate children without access to schools
- provide christian literature/bibles

Many are very thankful for what we do.
Here are some of the feedbacks we have received since our start in Namibia in 2021:

Mr. T (Opuwo custody)
Papa Ramon prayed with me before my bail hearing. Even though I didn't get bail, I know now that it is part of God's good plan (Jeremiah 29:11) and I need to be patient. I learned so much about Jesus from Papa Ramon's teaching.
(Check out our prison ministry program here).

Many inmates requests prayers

Mr. H.
I am so thankful that Papa Ramon loves me and is paying my school fees.

Thank you letter for Papa Ramon from one of our supported school kids

Mrs. H (Opuwo)
I couldn't believe it but one day Papa Ramon showed up at our neighborhood. He brought games & toys for our kids, we danced and afterwards Papa Ramon served food he prepared for all our children. It was fantastic! Thank you so much.

Mr. S (Oshakati custody)
I really wanted a bible to read all the stories Papa Ramon is teaching us in our bible studies & church services in custody. One day Papa Ramon surprised me and handed me a brand-new bible. I am so thankful for that!

A happy inmate with a new bible

Mr. K (Ondore village)
Papa Ramon was willing to help me to pay my bail (N$2000).
(Check out our bail-support program here)
But he did even more. He encouraged me to write a book about the influence of the modern world on the traditional life of the OvaHimba people.
Furthermore, he got me a job as a security guard at the Children's Home he was working at (Kapundat FIA Private Hostel). I am very thankful for what Papa Ramon has done for me.

Mr. P. (Oshakati custody)
I am so thankful that Papa Ramon is teaching bible stories. Every day he came into my cell and brought posters, which he used to teach from the bible. He gave me a list of bible verses to prepare for the next day's bible story.
(Check out our prison ministry program here).
I learned so much, things I have never known before. Because of Papa Ramon I changed my life, I accepted Jesus as my savior and I am so thankful that Papa Ramon takes care of inmates in custody.

Mrs. J (OvaHimba village)
One day Papa Ramon visited our village. He taught our children bible stories, played with them & even bought a goat, so that they had a good meal. Even we as parents had a lot of fun and were involved playing the whole day games.
When he offered to provide free education in Opuwo I was very happy for my children. Especially, I liked that they could keep their traditional hair & clothes.
I am very thankful for what Papa Ramon has done for our village.

Mrs. G (OvaHimba village)
What a surprise. One day two men arrived in my village and gave me and my family food. I was so happy because I struggle every day to have a meal for my family. My children were smiling the whole day and enjoyed the apples & biscuits.
When I heard that Papa Ramon is struggling himself, I was shocked. How can he continue to help people if he needs help for himself? I am so thankful and my family will never forget this surprise visit.

Mr. M (Oshakati custody)
I am very thankful that Papa Ramon was praying for me. Last year I had many bad dreams, but now my dreams are good. I thank God and Papa Ramon for that.
Papa Ramon also shared the good words from the bible with me (i.e., many bible verses about encouragement and about angels) and gave me some Christian books ('Overcomer', 'The grace of God', 'A place called heaven', etc.) to read. I feel very good about everything Papa Ramon has done for me and I wish him many blessings!

Mr. A (Oshakati custody)
I am a primary school teacher and I always struggled to teach religious education. Seeing Papa Ramon using games to introduce a specific topic from the bible is a great idea I will use now for my own teaching.
Also the use of posters/pictures, fitting to a bible story, is very useful and I know my learners [students] will appreciate the changes I will do for my teaching. I am so grateful that I met Papa Ramon in custody.

I sell vegetables for living. One day I met Papa Ramon when he bought food for the kids in the hostel. When he heard about my struggle in life and met my disabled, grown-up daughter, he generously provided me with a great Christmas gift. Papa Ramon came with several bags of food, i.e., cooking oil, sugar, macaroni, etc.; what a great man!

Mrs. G (Church of the Nazarene)
Every day we go to the Church of the Nazarene because Papa Ramon prepares toys and games for us.
We play, sing & dance, listening to stories about Jesus and eat. Thank you Papa Ramon. We love you!

Mrs. P (OvaZemba tribe)
Me and my friends are selling fat cakes & fire wood on Opuwo's street. One day we saw Papa Ramon and he spontaneous invited us. We have never been in a restaurant before; the food & drinks were amazing.
Papa Ramon treated us with respect - very different from many other adults we encounter every day. Thank you for taking care of us Papa Ramon!
(Check out our feeding program for street kids here).
From that day on we attended his daily church program.

Papa Ramon helped me to write an apology letter to the family of the victim in my case. I plead guilty and felt that I should apologize. Papa Ramon's teaching in our custody bible study helped me to be a better person. With Jesus I started a new chapter in life.
(Check out our prison ministry program here).
